All in all, this is a good thing for people who love to watch the brutally poetic sport of football at the professional level. Admittedly, I have only watched a couple of games and so I have not quite decided on which team I am going to root for. Some people may think this is fickle, but I have always enjoyed rooting for teams who have a mascot that I enjoy. It seems to me, considering my nerdy side, that I should cheer for the Seattle Dragons. The only problem that prevents me from doing so is that I can't stand the Seattle Seahawks. I know that they have nothing to do with each other, it's just a hang-up in my head. Maybe I should just stick with the closest team; the Dallas Renegades. 

A lot of talk about the XFL centers around how the rules have been altered from traditional NFL rules to make the games faster paced. While there are a lot of rules that differ, one thing stays the same; you want to be comfortable while you watch your team.
