I, myself, have moved into the role of host for the holiday season. Specifically when it comes to hosting for Thanksgiving dinner. I enjoy having most of my immediate family come to visit, however, last year, I was caught off guard. We had so few seats to go around that people had to go outside to sit on the patio furniture. With the addition of four extra seats, I think that everyone will be able to stay closer to each other. After all, that's what the holidays are about, right? Some people call them stoves and other people call them ovens. I used to do the same thing until a chef I know corrected me. A range is a piece of kitchen equipment that has both a stove and an oven.
